I am a licensed physiotherapist, a yoga teacher, a nutrition and lifestyle coach, a personal trainer and have taken a bunch of different training and treatment educations, courses and workshops over the years. I am a wife and proud mother of two precious girls. I am passionate about movement, yoga and how the body and mind works. I believe in daily movement in order to thrive and in a bit of adventure once in a while to shake things up and push you out of your comfort zone in order for you to grow as a person.

In my definition of adventure, as something that shakes you up and helps you grow as a person, both physically and mentally, pregnancy and birth are just such things. In my experience, it is life changing and can do wonders for our minds. But, as the best adventures often are, it can be hard on the body.

Pregnancy and birth changes our body, life, soul and whole way of thinking and being. The body will never be the same after a pregnancy; personally I think it is better. I feel more beautiful, more alive, more connected, more woman than before I had kids and my body even works better! But, I didn’t sit on the couch to get there. I move everyday, I eat healthy and I work hard on the way I think and talk – especially to myself.

My goal is to help you feel your best and love yourself and the body you are in.

I am not all that interested in buffing up the body and “just” make you look good in a bikini. I am much more interested in helping you restore your body to the way it functions best. And I want to help you realize just how truly amazing you are and your power to create the kind of life you truly want.
